My name is Nelly , I would like to introduce myself , I'm retired and I live in Thailand .
My hobbies are travelling , listening the music , yoga , playing Tennis and badminton but my
favourite hobbie's still cooking !!
I'm so passionate about food that i often find it hard to dine out in restaurants.
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen , I'm specially good to cook a French food and I think my best
recipe is "Carbonnade" , this dish come from Belgium and my grand-mother has taught me when I
was a child .
I want to share with you all of my knowledge about cooking , especially the traditional dishes from
France like "Beef Bourguignon" or "Coq au vin"
